Mercy Health Plans - Innovative health insurance options for groups, individuals, and seniors

On April 3, Mercy Health Plans groups and membership will be administered by Coventry Health Care of Missouri, Inc. or Coventry Health Care of Kansas, Inc., depending on employer location or individual policy holders location, please view the map at the link below. The below map of Missouri counties will direct you to the appropriate website, member materials and Customer Service organization for assistance. If you are a commercial member, please locate the county your employer is located. If you are a member of an Individual plan, please locate the county you live.

Even with all of the new resources, key features that you value will remain the same. They include:

Benefits - The new features do not affect your health coverage benefits.

Member Responsibility - Any deductibles and coinsurance dollars that you have paid will be displayed in your My Online Services account. Find out more about this feature here.

Network - Depending on where you live, there may be even more providers in your area. Use the Find a Doctor tool on our website to view the most current list of participating providers

New Member ID Cards

Mid-April you and each of your covered dependents will be receiving a new Coventry Health Care member ID card. The ID card, which will be effective April 1, 2012, will also contain important information that you will need in order to access health care services, including:

• New member ID number

• New group number

• Customer service telephone number

When you receive your card, please review it carefully and call Customer Service if corrections are needed. The phone number will be on the back of your card.

Note that your network is indicated in the upper right corner of your ID card. This will be the network you choose when searching for a provider through the Find a Doctor section on our website.

Be sure to discard your Mercy Health Plans ID card and beginning April 1, provide the new Coventry Health Care ID card to your health care providers and pharmacy.
